Goldschmidt with his initials on spine, original wrappers bound in, t.e.g. -- Robert HOE. Catalogue of the Library of Robert Hoe. New York: The Anderson Auction Company, 24th April, 1911 - 18th November, 1912. 8 parts in 4 volumes, 8°. Copious index of provenances in E. Ph. Goldschmidt's hand bound into front of each volume. Plates. Olive half morocco, bound for E. Ph. Goldschmidt with his initials on spine (rubbed), t.e.g. George Dunn's sale included a fine collection of early stamped bindings and he was one of the first collectors to notice and preserve them (De Ricci p.182-83).
