Lot of 10. Nine are approx. 8 x 10 in. mounts, 2 unmounted; one is 7 x 9 in. One photo appears to be a theater group; one is of a basketball team with "Calvary" on the basketball; one is of a police (or fire?) department, with 20 gentlemen in the image; one is a military unit or school; one image is of a clerk at his desk surrounded by large volumes, identified on verso as Vevener? Lee Gamboli; another shows two gentlemen in what is possibly a railroad office, rack of stamps on the desk and Pennsylvania RR map and Delaware, Lackawanna and Western System map on the wall; one is of a class on the steps of the school, 42 children and their teacher, dated 1901, including two African American children; the other two large images of families, one outdoors in front of the house. The smaller image is apparently of a factory. One can make out "Norwich" on the plaque by the door; pencil note on verso identifies this as Norwich Pharmaceutical Co., July 18, 1898. There is a photocopy of this image with a few people identified: Henry Hall; Ernie Kerr, electrician; Joe Simpson, in charge of secret formula (Unguontine), with arrow to the one African American in the photo; Oscar Bell, President; Jim Cadugan, Foreman, Coating Dept., Charles Terwilliger, Harry Watts, Scott Donaldson, and R.C. Stoffer, Vice Pres, with hand on seat of bicycle. Condition: Handling wear, some water stains around edges, tape on corners of police photo. Minor foxing scattered about.
