Interesting collection of family documents: numerous letters, testaments, marriage documents, menus, genealogical notes, financial documents (esp. on houses and land), mainly in French, a few in Dutch. Isidore Maus was "Directeur général au Ministère de la Justice" and author of a number of publications on family and penal law. His wife E. Goethals came from a family of the Kortrijk region.
