A group of original NASA press releases and other associated printed booklets related to the historic moon landing mission, comprising: 1. Apollo 11 Lunar Landing Mission. Press Kit. Published by NASA, Washington D. C. For release: Sunday July 6, 1969. A 250-page, 21.5 x 27 cm (8 x 10.5 inches), staple-bound book with numerous charts and illustrations as originally given to members of the worldwide press to aid in their coverage of this historic mission. This very comprehensive, illustrated document provided the press with every possible fact about this landmark mission and is an exhaustive reference to it. The contents comprised of chapters describing every detail of the mission, from programme management and crew information, through technical description of the spacecraft and its equipment, to mission's scientific objectives and post-mission activities. 2.
