ANTONINUS Florentinus (1389-1459). Prima [secunda] pars Summae theologicae . Venice: Marinus Saracenus, 18 January 1487 and Venice: Nicolaus Jenson, 28 June 1480. 2 volumes, chancery 2° (295 x 202mm) and (295 x 208mm). Gothic type, 225 (of 226, without initial blank) leaves and 322 (of 323, lacks the final register leaf) leaves, 59 lines and headline and 56 lines and headline, rubricated in red and blue in part 1, including 2 large initials at the beginning. (Wormhole in the foremargin in part 2 as far as h6.) 18th-century cartone alla rustica (spines rather worn). Provenance: Fra Bonaventura Zazzini (early signature at beginning of both vols.) -- Fra Valerius Muscheta (lightly deleted signature dated 1578 at the end ofvol.II) -- Compagnia del Gesú (book label).
