An unusual early 19th Century brass model single cylinder table engine, with inverted cylinder approx. 1¼in bore x 2¼in. stroke supported on decorative pierced frames, piston rod tail shaft guide, eccentric and rocking lever operated plug valve with external steam ways, barrelled connecting rod, waisted crank, the crankshaft supported in pedestal type bearings and round rimmed curved spoke flywheel, unpainted (some old lacquer remaining) and mounted on a steel floor on four turned feet -- 15¾ x 12in.
