An Unusual Archaistic Yellowish-Green Globular Jar and Cover 18th/19th century The globular body well carved in low relief in imitation of Han dynasty decoration with two registers of animals and birds amidst abstract rocks or mountains, divided by a narrow band and interrupted by three mask and loose ring handles, the cover carved with similar animals below the coiled chilong handle, the semi-translucent stone of pale yellowish-green color 55/8in. (14.3cm.) high
