An English walnut bureau cabinet Circa 1720 Featherbanded overall, the rectangular moulded cornice above a pair of doors with mirrored panels, enclosing a fitted interior with one shelf, seven adjustable compartments, seven pigeon-holes and three drawers, above two slides and a sloping flap with a maroon gilt-tooled leather-lined writing-surface to the reverse, enclosing a fitted interior with eight variously-sized open compartments, four drawers, a central door and a well, the base with two small drawers and two long graduated drawers, on bracket feet, restorations and replacements 198.5cm. high x 95.5cm. wide x 54cm. deep
