AN ENGLISH PEARLWARE BLUE AND WHITE PART DINNER-SERVICE CIRCA 1820, PROBABLY RIDGWAY, PRINTED DRESDEN OPAQUE CHINA MARKS Transfer-printed with flowering shrubs and trailing branches, moulded handles and finials enriched in gilding, comprising: two large circular two-handled soup-tureens, covers and stands (tureens riveted, one stand with piece lacking, the other chipped) two circular sauce-tureens and covers, and a stand (one cover chipped, one cracked) an oval sauce-tureen and cover and fixed stand (stand damaged) a small ladle (repaired through handle) a sifter-spoon two pierced oval baskets (one cracked, the other with damaged handle) two large oblong octagonal serving-dishes (one cracked) a pierced oval drainer (chipped) another smaller two lobed oval dishes (stained) two lobed rectangular dishes (one with handle partly lacking, the other with handle and footrim chipped) a lobed circular dish (handle chipped) eight soup-plates (five cracked, stained) a dinner-plate (cracked and stained) ten dessert-plates with shaped rims (six cracked or chipped) seven side-plates (damaged and repaired)
