(11.4cm.) high , another, compressed circular, monogrammed, flat hinged cover-- 1868, G. Fox--3¾in. (9.5cm.) high a Queen Anne style muffiner, baluster, partly fluted, pierced and engraved bayonet domed cover-- Birmingham, 1919--7¼in.
