Consisting of four unused checks (numbers 1146 to 1149) from the King's personal checking account that he had at the National Bank of Commerce in Memphis, Tennessee; printed with his information in upper left corner reading "E.A. Presley / 3764 Highway 51 South / Memphis, Tennessee 38116" [Graceland's address]; still attached are four blank deposit slips with same printed info as well as twenty check stubs with thirteen having handwritten notes on them indicating what the checks were for; dated from October 1971 to April 1972 and all penned in blue ballpoint ink (in three different hands, though not Presley's), some of Elvis's expenses included $4,000 for "Expenses" on November 11, 1971, $432 for "Nevada Airlines / Charter Flight to L.A." on March 19, 1972, $1,000 for "Cash / Personal Expenses for E.P." on March 20, 1972, and $150 for "Dept. of Motor Vehicles / Regst. of Dune buggy / and penalty" on April 24, 1972; overall, a brief, though fascinating, look into Presley's daily expenses for a six-month span. 3 x 8 1/2in
