An autograph note "On Whit Monday the Havelocks - or 48th Middlesex mustered at the Waterloo Station from whence they went to Richmond - and march from the station there to the park - with the Brass and Drum & Fife Bands - whence (?) the corps went through ?Bekton onto (illegible) & Kensington valley", together with three sketches of figures, on verso of a letter to George Cruikshank signed "Shaen & Roscoe", 1862, regarding a legal matter concerning the "Temperance Society and [Mr] Songhurst" and making a request for Cruikshank to attend a meeting at the Writ Clerk's office in Chancery Lane, 2 leaves, tear and slight loss from seal adhesion at one edge, 8vo, 1862
