Negative probably by Alexander Gardner as part of a treaty delegation in Washington in 1872. Likely printed later by the Bureau of American Ethnology and sold to the Rookwood Pottery of Cincinnati, Ohio. Purchased from Rookwood when the company moved in the early 1960s.
