Nevinson, 1906'). 3) London Numismatic Club (bookplate). 4) Acquired by Patricia Milne Henderson as a duplicate from the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, in 1963 (laid-in typed letter signed on Fitzwilliam Museum letterhead). First quarto edition of the Italian translation, of which a folio edition appeared the same year, printed in Rome by Guglielmo Faciotto, priority unknown.
