Identified within the matrix. Color lithographic poster, sight size 39 1/4 x 25 1/2 in. (99.5 x 64.8 cm), framed. Condition: Possible toning to sheet, not examined out of frame. N.B. Sorlier used a preliminary rendering of Chagall's Sources of Music for the poster. Sources was one of two murals by Chagall to be installed in the Metropolitan Opera House. This particular production of Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) featured sets and costumes by Chagall.
