The rents of assize are 115s 8d in 1429/30, but are thereafter £4-19-8, with 100s from William Gomound for the farm of the demesne lands in the early documents, increasing to £6-13-4 in the 1460s. This lot is subject to the Manorial Documents Rules 1959, 1963 and 1967, administered by The National Archives on behalf of the Master of the Rolls. Accordingly the purchasers of the document lie under an obligation to notify The National Archives of their acquisition and to provide details of where they will be kept. They may in no circumstances be removed from England and Wales without the prior consent of the Master of the Rolls. (5)
