The paper is toned and expected to have mat burn considering that the edges of the mat are browned. There is undulation to the center. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration. The item is framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame. Wear to the frame; there is a loss to the lower center.
