The hull of the model is built up from wood with black painted topsides, a red bottom, and a white waterline. The sides of the model above the sheer line are painted white, and the decks are painted a pale green. The model is well detailed with anchors, bollards, cargo booms, search lights, main mast, two funnels painted in United States Lines livery, life boats on davits, rafts, deck railings, port holes, vents, and other details. The model is mounted on a blue baseboard. 60 x 7½ x 10½ in. (153 x 19 x 26.6 cm.) model on board.
