A VICTORIAN SILVER CHRISTENING SPOON, NO MAKER'S MARK, LONDON, 1870, The hoof-shaped stem terminating in a rat-tail to bowl & surmounted by a cast cherub , one hand pointing upwards, bunch of flowers in the other, the front of "hoof" engraved with crest, the back with baron's coronet, 6 in. long (5.4 cm.), ALSO A VICTORIAN COMBINED MEDICINE OR TEA SPOON-CUM CONDIMENT SPOON, MARK OF GEORGE ADAMS, LONDON, 1846, one end with oval bowl. the other with shovel bowl, 5½ in. long (14 cm.), 4½ oz.
