Strap: Leather BUND style. In German “Sternzeit Reguliert” means "regulated to sidereal time" - a method of telling time based on the earth’s rotation relative to the stars. Sidereal time was used by German artillery forces together with theodolite positions to accurately orientate artillery during launching.
