A tall and impressive Martin Brothers stoneware gourd vase by Edwin and Walter Martin dated 1905 shouldered form, modelled in relief, with incised veins, glazed blue and green on a tan ground, incised 2 1905 Martin Bros London & Southall, 22cm. high Provenance Charles de Grunchy. De Grunchy was one time architect master at the Royal Academy Schools and is listed as a patron on the Martin Brothers.
