A SMALL COLLECTION OF EARLY 20TH CENTURY AND LATER JEWELLERY Comprising an Edwardian circular cut green paste, peridot and seed pearl scrolled foliate pendant, with polished triangular bale, stamped 9ct, suspended from a later curb link chain, stamped 585 with Italian control marks; together with a pair of matching Edwardian peridot ear pendants, with screw back fittings, stamped 9ct; and a pair of mid 20th century cultured pearl set earrings, with screw back fittings stamped 9ct; and a pair of onyx and cultured pearl set earrings, with screw back fittings, stamped 9ct Size/dimensions: pendant 4.7cm long; chain 44cm long; earrings 2.6cm long; cultured pearls 8mm diameter; onyx earrings 12mm diameter Gross weight: 11.4 grams Condition Report: The pendant has some wear commensurate with age and use, some slight bending to the gold surround, the mercury gilding has mostly all worn off, some wear to the suspensory loop and thinning to the bale, it would benefit from a patch to make it stronger, the pearl in the flower head has been glued into place. The green stone may be a replacement. the claws holding the peridot drop look slightly bent like the setting has been slightly crushed. The chain has some wear commensurate with age and use.
