A silver, ivory, pearl and opal figural marine centerpiece, probably Belgian, in the style of Eginde Rombaux and Frans Hoosemans, circa 1900 the oval base cast with cat-tails and other marine plants including water-lilies with opal centers, rising at one end to two necking swans and at the other to a finely carved ivory nymph, being nuzzled by swans, wearing a necklace with drop pearl and holding a silver shell, plated liner apparently unmarked length 20in. 51cm 120oz 10dwt gross 3751g
