A Scottish Victorian silver-gilt mounted marble tazza Edinburgh, 1891, apparently lacking maker's mark With spreading circular base, baluster stem and plain circular dish, mounted beneath the stem with silver-gilt dragon with detachable tail the base applied with three classical personifications of rivers, each formed as a reclining semi-nude man with water-urn, two with simulated glass 'water', marked on dragon and two figures 16in. (40.5cm.) high
