A PAIR OF WORCESTER SMALL FLUTED SAUCEBOATS painted in the famille rose palette with exotic birds beside flowers issuing from rockwork and with birds flanked by rockwork and flowers issuing from fences, within lightly moulded scroll cartouches, the centres to the interiors with a flower-spray and the borders with demi-flowerheads reserved on green diaper bands, the loop handles with leaf-moulded thumbpieces (one with two rim chips, the other cracked and with two extensive chips to the footrim), one with incised cross mark, circa 1754 14.5cm. long (2)
