A pair of Höchst porcelain octofoil plates, moulded in low relief with ribbon-tied swags of flowers, sparsely picked out in polychrome enamels with Deutsche blumen, gilt diaper borders, 25cm wide, underglaze blue marks of electoral crowns cresting wheels, incised lettering, c. 1765, (2); a Ludwigsburg shaped saucer dish, well-painted with a rustic before a Picturesque landscape, rocaille and C-scroll apron in tones of puce, blue, sallow, and picked out in gilt, ozier-moulded border with scattered flowers, 23.5cm diam, underglaze blue crowned interlaced Cs, c. 1765, [3] The saucer dish has repairs. The pair of plates are good, minor rubbing to the gilding, light surface scratches only.
