A pair of Chamberlain's Worcester blue-ground two-handled vases and covers circa 1845 of tapered hexaonal form, each well painted with a country view, one showing Worcester in the distance, the other painted with an aquaduct crossing a valley, possibly Pontcysyllte, near Llangollen, within a surround of colourful flowers inside a a foliate gilt frame against a deep blue ground, the shoulders set with gilt dolphin handles (minor restoration) script mark in puce 51cm. high; 20in.
