A Pair of Blanc-de-Chine Moulded Cups and a Blanc-de-Chine Sleeve Vase Qing Dynasty, 17th / 18th Century the cups with deep rounded sides rising from a narrow footring to an everted rim, finely moulded on the exterior with an archaistic band of stylised leiwen, between a border of key-fret at the rim and stiff lapets encircling the base, covered overall with an unctuous milk-white glaze, one cup inscribed with a two-character impressed seal mark; the sleeve vase of slightly tapered cylindrical form, set with two animal-mask handles, applied overall with an unctuous white glaze of slight ivory cream tone, save for the interior and the recessed base left unglazed within a neatly cut footrim 10.1 and 16.5 cm., 4 and 6 1/2 in.
