A pair of 1960s diamond and diamond simulant spray ear clips/clip brooches by Cusi Gioelliere, one pierced panel with a principal brilliant cut diamond, estimated to weigh 1.48 carats, the other with a replacement white stone diamond simulant, to graduated rows of baguette cut diamonds with sprays of marquise cut diamonds, approximately 3.28 carats total, the ear clips are detachable, with slide in double pins to make individual clip brooches, 2cm long, 15.5g gross With roots dating back to the late 19th century, the Cusi family of jewellers have been one of the foremost jewellery manufacturers and retailers in Milan since 1903. By the 1950s the family employed over 100 goldsmiths and jewellers in their workshops at the Palazzo Cusi in Via Clerici in Milan. The family still have several retail jewellery shops in the centre of Milan.
