* A Minton Porcelain Dinner Service for Eighteen, retailed by burley & co., chicago, comprising eighteen dinner plates, eighteen salad plates, eighteen bread plates, eighteen dessert plates, eighteen dessert bowls, seventeen sauce bowls, thirteen twin-handled chocolate cups, twelve demitasse cups and twenty-four saucers, two serving platters and three vegetables, one lacking a lid, together with six Royal Worcester teacups with similar design; 167 items total. Diameter of dinner plates 10 1/4 inches, Estimate $ 1,000-2,000 Property from the Collection of Jeanne L. Goss, Northbrook, Illinois Good, usable condition with varying degrees of gilt loss/rubbing, surface dirt and residue. One saucer and one bouillon cup heavily crazed. One teacup with a hairline crack, one saucer with heavy gilt loss. One salad plate with a hairline crack and one platter with a hairline crack. The tureen apparently missing its lid.
