A Meissen chinoiserie teabowl and saucer Circa 1725 Painted by J.G. Höroldt with Orientals taking tea at a table flanked by shrubs, the saucer similarly decorated beneath purple and gilt pendant drapery within Böttger lustre, gilt strapwork and purple and iron-red scroll cartouches, the interior to the teabowl with indianische Blumen , the borders gilt with interlocking C-scrolls (very slight rubbing to gilt rims), blue crossed swords marks, gilder's 12. and Dreher's to both pieces
