Lot consists of (A) Belgian made copy of a Remington Army percussion revolver in .44 caliber. Features include a 7 - 3/8" octagon barrel with illegible barrel address, bead front sight, crossed keys marked loading lever, iron frame marked with "*/T" proof, 6-shot percussion cylinder with "*/T" and "E/LG/*" proofs, silver plated brass trigger guard, and smooth bone grips. Grip straps marked "CSA". CONDITION: Fair. Even artificial brown patina with scatter marks and a spot of added finish. Trigger guard taking on a mottled patina. Grips with some chipping, in addition to staining. Pitted bore with visible rifling. Mainspring broken and does not consistently drop the hammer. Numbers matching on frame, barrel, and cylinder. (B) Cooper Arms Second Model Navy double action percussion revolver manufactured 1864 to 1869 in .36 caliber. Octagon 6" barrel, brass bead sight, rebated 5 shot percussion cylinder, brass grip straps, and smooth walnut 1-piece grips. CONDITION: Good exhibiting an overall mottled gray patina. Brass shows an attractive mellow patina. Shootable bore with strong rifling. Fair mechanics. Numbers matching on straps, barrel assembly, and cylinder.
