Including a Visigothic bow fibula, its semicircular head with five projections, lozenge-shaped footplate with six lateral projections, decorated with concentric circles, pin missing, circa 6th Century A.D., 2 7/8 in. (6.2 cm.) long; a Roman crossbow brooch with three polygonal knobbed terminals, pin missing, circa 4th Century A.D., 2¾ in. (7 cm.) long; a Roman bronze brooch, the bow with three-dimensional recumbent lion, circa 2nd Century A.D., 1¼ in. (3.1 cm.) long ; five penannular brooches each with knobbed turned-back terminals, pins intact, 1½ in.
