Beschreibung:

A large brass graduated eight tier electrolier chandelier, 20th century. Comprising of four hundred and eighty prismatic glass pendants attached to the eight tiers. Approximately 84 in (213.4 cm) diameter. Provenance: Originally installed in the main restaurant of the Saga Rose cruise liner ship along with two other electroliers which are currently in the Grand Auctions' sale. The electroliers were one of the original features of the ship built in 1963 by a Norwegian/American cruise line. In 1996 Saga acquired the ship initially naming her the Saga Fjord and then soon after the Saga Rose. The Saga Rose travelled the globe until its final voyage in 2005. From the ships maiden voyage through to it's final venture the electroliers were well maintained with a regular cleaning routine. Please contact Grand Auctions to arrange viewing.
