With a single standing bearded figure in a horned tiara and a long robe, standing with one hand held at the waist, the other holding a scimitar, the remaining space filled with an eight-line inscription in Babylonian cuneiform reading "Gishnu, .. of heaven and earth, light of heaven and earth, Sîn, may the owner of this seal have pleasure, favor, life and .... At the omen of the learned Ishtaran may he be endowed with commands that are obeyed: Sîn-remanni, eunuch of Kurigalzu" 38 x 16 mm
