circa 1713-14 Each side painted, probably by David Conrad Meerheim, with the alliance arms of Ernst August of Braunschweig-Lüneburg, Elector of Hannover, and his wife, Sophie of the Palatinate, with flowering branches beneath the spout and iron-red trailing bellflowers on the handle, a gilt border to the neck, the cover with a band of flowers and foliage, 12cm high (2)
