A GROUP OF CYPRIOT WHITE PAINTED WARE VESSELS MIDDLE BRONZE AGE, 1900-1650 B.C. All with orange to dark brown painted linear decoration, comprising a hemispherical bowl with high arching horizontal handle; another similar, repaired, 3 1/8 in. (8 cm.) and 3¾ in. (9.5 cm.) diam. respectively; another smaller, of ladle form with wide squat neck and extended vertical handle, 3¼ in. (8.3 cm.) high; nine jugs comprising two with large rounded bodies and beak spouts; another similar, smaller with twin pierced lugs on the neck; a wider necked jug with pinched spout; another similar, with squat neck; one with slender tall neck and handle; two juglets with small flattened bases, one with pinched spout; and a jug with body tapered to small ring foot, the narrow neck with pinched spout, decorated with wavy dotted lines and circles, 4 to 6¾ in. (10.2 to 17.1 cm.) high; four small spherical bottles with twin pierced lugs at base of short neck, 2¾ to 3 7/8 in. (7 to 9.8 cm.) high; a flask with flattened base and single pierced lug, 3 5/8 in. (9.3 cm.) high; and a Wheelmade White Painted Ware bowl, pierced twice below the narrow everted rim, Late Bronze Age, 4in. (10.2 cm.) diam., some with slight repair or restoration (18)
