A Great War pair to Private Alexander Hunter, Army Service Corps (formerly Black Watch): British War Medal 1914-20 and Victory Medal (DM2-155162 PTE A. HUNTER A.S.C.), in a modern display frame with badges and a photograph, medals extremely fine and good very fine. An examination of the rolls appears to show that this man entered France on the 13th August 1914 as Private 2351 Royal Highlanders (Black Watch), was discharged 15th October 1915 as no longer fit for service, but was able to re-enlist in the Army Service Corps.
