Both volumes relating to North America, including a Life of Columbus by his Son; Discoveries by the English From the Reign of Henry VII to the Close of that of Queen Elizabeth;, Frobisher's three Voyages, 1576-78; Discovery of and Voyages to Virginia; John Smith's History of Virginia, New England and the Summer Isles, etc. Armorial bookplate of Charles Tompson in each volume. Lot Amendments Condition: Some wear and scuffing to leather; 2 plates and 2 text leaves detached in second volume, foxing; else very good. Item number: 199269
