A finely engineered and well presented ¾ in.:1ft scale 3½ in. gauge model of the GWR King Class 4-6-0 locomotive and tender No.6026 King John built by Severn Lamb with brazed superheated copper boiler with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, injector, whistle, steam brake and clack valves. Chassis details include two outside and two inside cylinders with valves controlled through Stevenson's link gear and rocking levers, fluted connecting rods, mechanical lubricator, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, injector, whistle, steam operated brake gear, riveting, steps, hand and lamp irons and lamps.Tender details include brake gear, water cocks, riveting, steps, hand and lamp irons and lamps, finished in finely lined GWR livery ( some paint deterioration ) -- 10¼ x 52¼in. (26 x 132.5cm.) . Ballasted scale showtrack with legend and display cover. See Colour Illustration
