A fine radio controlled 1/20th scale sailing model of the South Seas Staysail schooner 'Duty Free' of circa 1934 built by M Hartshorn -- 69 x 54in (175.3 x 137.2cm) With extruded aerofoiled masts, rigging and full suit of sails and deck details including anchor and winch, belaying and deck rails, conpanionways, glazed deck houses and deck lights, whisker poles, cockpit with ship's wheel, binnacle and helmsman, aft cabin, ship's boat with bottom boards, thwarts and oars and other details. The hull, of Plura with internal bracings, has individually planked deck, mahogany and spruce superstructure and full radio control. Finished in white and black. Stand.
