A Fabulous Sheraton Revival Painted Satinwood Pier Table. The D-shaped break-front top richly decorated with cornucopia cascading flowers swathed in drapery and flanking a petalled oval centre panel of fruit within a radial display of fanned peacock feathers. The broad border band embellished with a continuous floral garland entwined in pink ribbon and edged in strings of pearls, with peripheral cross-banding outlined in stringing. The frieze painted with further floral sprays continued in pendant garlands hanging down the square tapering legs, and terminating on spade feet. 32 ins (81 cms) in height, 43½ ins (110 cms) wide, 16½ ins (42 cms) deep.
