A cased Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) medal by Garrard & Co., London, in silver, hallmarked for 1923 Provenance: Awarded to Thomas Callender Campbell Mackie (Scottish artist, 1886-1952) for his service as Secretary of the Scottish Penny-a-Week Fund, British Red Cross Society. Included with the lot are two Red Cross War Service Medals, a selection of photographs of Mackie and partial set of yellow metal shirt studs, in fitted case, belonging to him.
