(A) ADAM KUCHENREUTER PERCUSSION OVER UNDER SHOTGUN.

Wonderful German percussion over-under shotgun made in Germany By "I.ADAM KUCHENREUTER IN REGENSBURG" circa 1850. Damascus full octagon smoothbore barrels with silver blade front sight and side held hardwood ramrod with maker's name in block letters in gold on top barrel flat. Chisel engraved coin finish back action percussion locks with lever safeties on each lock. Figured European walnut stock with vine and Fleur-de-Lis style checkering. Iron scroll engraved hardware with carved wooden trigger guard attachment. CONDITION: Overall good with metal fading to a brown patina. Locks and other metal parts retain 90% of original coin finish. Wood looks to have been cleaned long ago with some light dings and scratches. Shootable bores with good mechanics.
