A 14 Karat Yellow Gold Hunter Case Calendar Moonphase Chronograph Quarter Repeating Pocket Watch, 58.00 mm case diameter, white porcelain dial, painted Roman numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated to 300 units, subdials at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock for date, seconds, day and month indication respectively, moon phase aperture at 6 o'clock, gilt spade hands with center blued steel baton hand for chronograph seconds, polished bezel with four pushers for calendar settings, oval pusher and slide lever in the outer band for chronograph and repeater functions respectively, polished outer case, gold cuvette, stem wound and set jeweled gilt lever movement. Estimate $ 3,000-5,000 The watch winds, sets and runs but has not been timed for accuracy. The repeater function correctly chimes the hours and quarter hours. There is an issue between the chronograph function and hour/minute/seconds progression; if the chronograph is not engaged the watch will not run. All four pushers are functioning correctly to set the calendar and moonphase dials. The dial shows no fractures, painted elements show little to no fade at 10X magnification, blued steel and gilt hands show no discoloration. The dial cover has several noticeable dents and scratches. The outer band has significant dents near the chronograph pusher. The case back has several very minor dents and numerous superficial scratches. The cuvette shows only minor wear. The case can be described as moderately lightweight overall but not "eggshell".
