12-gauge, serial number B24961, 28.5" barrel, stamped Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven, Conn U.S.A. Model 1893 Pat Nov. 25, 1890 & Dec 6, 1892/12. Left frame stamped Winchester Model 1893. Provenance: Property of the former First National Bank of Fremont, Indiana Condition: Working condition. 1" crack in the top of the wrist. Both forearm's retaining screws are missing. Barrel retains ca 50% original blued finish that has turned to brown. Very light pitting and oxidation at breech end of barrel. Both sides of wood forearm with a 7" crack, but properly restored. All markings are crisp. Buttstock with minimal dings and mars.
