Toned, about very fine, and rare. Sergeant Angus McPherson, of Abernethy, Invernesshire, Scotland, served with the 42nd (Royal Highlanders) Foot during the Peninsular Wars, and is entitled to an MGS with 3 clasps. This MGS medal is believed to have been sold at DNW in June 1997.
