Cotton, 21.5 x 12.25 in., printed parade flag with 36 stars arranged in 6-6-6-6-6-6 horizontal rows. The 36-star flag became official after the admission of Nevada into the Union. Ca 1865-1867. Condition: Colors remain brighter on one side, while they have faded on reverse (likely as a result of how they were displayed). Some wear along the edges of flag, including some fraying, short tear in star at top corner of canton (along hoist end)
