35" double edged blade with blood fuller in the center. Marked on the ricasso LF & Co. and dated 1918. Reverse is marked U.S. Grip is made of steel and roughened into a diamond patern. Steel guard. Scabbard is of khaki webbing with blackened steel tip and throat. Provenance: Ex. Harry B. Andree, Jr. Condition: Blade is in excellent condition and still retaining all of its original burnished finish, with some very light salt and pepper pitting at the ricasso. Scabbard has slight tear in the fabric on the left side. Otherwise, it is excellent.
