In 1984 one man’s dream was to create a totally unique motorcycle and this he did by commissioning noted restoration specialist J W Tennant-Eyles, of Oxfordshire to combine a Norton wide-line Featherbed frame with a Suzuki GSX750 ESD engine. This project took three years to complete and the finished machine was accepted by the DVLA as a kit-built ‘Norzuki’ custom in 1987 and registered on a ‘Q’ plate. J W Tennant-Eyles’s detailed invoices listing the work carried out and parts used are on file together with receipts for the purchase of the Suzuki engine, Norton frame and various other parts. The current vendor has owned the Norzuki since 2005 but regrets that he has covered too few miles on it (there are only 1,663 miles recorded on the odometer) and feels that now is the time to pass it on. A guaranteed talking point wherever it is parked, this unique machine is offered with MoT to February 2009 and Swansea V5 registration document.
